1st Day Back 0

Today is my first day back at work and I’m having such a hard time focusing, but I have to try. Here’s my menu for today so far. I brought breakfast from home, which I try to do often. I also plan on going to the gym today.

Breakfast
- 1 small banana
- 1/2c Oatmeal with 1/2c Fat Free milk

I will probably have a snack soon, either a tangerine or a Kashi bar.
