Menu… continued… 0

Here’s how the rest of my menu played out today:

Snack
- 1 red velvet cupcake (we can treat ourselves once in awhile as long as we don’t over due it.. and it’s only
  3 pts on weight watchers)

Dinner
- 11/2 cup rice and spinach (7 pts)
- 1 piece bake chicken (4 pts)

Late Snack
- Chamomile tea (0 pts)

I definitely need to work on increasing my fruit and vegetable in take..
