Rest of the Day

I was nervous with going back to work today and managing my diet. But overall it was a great day. I have to keep reminding myself, take it one day at a time. I had a great workout, I took a 45 minute spinning class, which I will try and take every Monday night, hopefully I can fit in..
School starts back tomorrow, my next hurdle to overcome.. Once i can manage my diet with school and work, i’ll be good to go.
Here’s what I had for dinner:
Dinner
- 1 Lean Cuisine frozen dinner (7pts) (I try not to have to many frozen meals during the week as they are
high in sodium. I keep it to 1-2x a week)
- 1c Progresso Light Soup (it was ok, i had the vegetable noodle, but i want to try a different flavor next
time), it’s also a good snack option as it is only 60 calories
- 1 Tangerine
And now my weakness, after eating dinner, I always want to have something sweet, but I’m trying to resist the urge tonight..I’m struggling between a Kashi Chocolate Oatmeal Cookie or a Tangerine.. I really want the cookie, but I feel that I didn’t get enough fruits today, so I’m going to have the tangerine. Tomorrow I will definitely have the cookie.
