A Perfect Summer Treat – Skinny Cow Ice cream Cup Product Review

I’m really excited about my product review today. Currently, in the east coast we have been hit with some serious summer weather. The temperature has been in the 80’s and up. Based on the crazy weather we had this past winter, I am definitely happy to welcome the summer.
Well, my review for this week is definitely fitting to help you cool down during the hot summer weather that lies ahead. I have always been a huge fan of Skinny Cow products. I started out eating their ice cream sandwiches, but most recently tried their new ice cream cups and I’m in love J I’m not a huge ice cream eater, but sometimes when it’s really hot out and you want something light that is tasty and can help you cool down, ice cream just hits the spot.
The new Skinny Cow ice cream cup comes in five flavors; Dulce de Leche, Strawberry Cheese Cake and Caramel Cone. The other two flavors are Cookies n Cream and Chocolate Fudge Brownie flavors, which are the two that I brought.
What I love about this ice cream is that it’s really light in flavor and thickness. I find that traditional ice cream can be so heavy. I also love that it’s not high in calorie. My husband is a huge ice cream lover and is slightly obsessed with Haagen Daz. I never eat it when he buys because it’s so high in fat and calories. The funny thing is that my husband really likes the Skinny Cow cups. The other day he ate an entire cup. This will definitely be a staple this summer in our household. It’s a healthy alternative to ice cream.
