I have a busy full-time job, I’m a mom and it’s very easy for me to not exercise. In my new found quest (umm, not so new, but let’s go with that..) to make exercise a priority in my life I try to find new and alternative ways to workout even when I can’t make it to the gym or my bikram class. Whether it’s walking or doing a DVD at home, I want to make sure I am always moving. Recently, my homie (a.k.a dear friend), introduced me to these short and sweet exercise videos on YouTube that I absolutely love. High energy workouts that are quick, count me in..I did two of these videos one day this week in 25 minutes. I wanted to share them with you. Hope you enjoy!
