I had such a good workout this morning. My Sunday has been just great. I woke up early and went to get weighed in at Weight Watchers, since I didn’t go last week and guess what, I lost 1lb, which brings my total weight loss to date to 6.8lbs but I’m rounding it to 7lbs, what’s 2oz. I am super close to my first goal of 10lbs and I just can’t wait to reach it. My birthday is in March and my goal is to lose 10lbs by March. I feel so motivated now and going to the gym is slowly but surely becoming a part of my everyday routine, which I am happy about. One day last week, I didn’t feel like going to the gym, but I felt guilty or like my body really needed it, so I forced myself to go and I ended up having the best workout ever.
