I have been MIA from the blog world for a little over a week. I was in the West Coast (LA) for the entire week last week for work plus my blog was unexpectedly DOWN yet again. I was not happy about the site being down but it actually just forced me to disconnect for a bit, sometimes I need the social/digital disconnect. Now, I’m back in NYC and the blog is up and running again so we’re back in business!
Today I’m excited to share a new program I’m launching called “5 Days of Sharing.” A dear friend of mine is currently in graduate school (her last year, so proud of her) and she’s taking a social media class where she has to build a promotional campaign for a site and track its success. She chose my little old blog as her case study and developed the “5 Days of Sharing” program.
When I first started this blog, my goal was to start a community of people who were like me—trying to lose weight and live a healthy lifestyle. It’s been five years of me sharing my journey with you, and I’d love to get this community sharing with each other with the “5 Days of Sharing” platform.
“5 Days of Sharing” will be a five-day campaign where I will share with you healthy living tips, tools and rules that I live by since starting my healthy living journey and this blog 5-years ago. The goal is for us to connect and keep sharing, motivating and inspiring each other to achieve our overall health and wellness goals.
Here’s what you can expect each day of “5 Days of Sharing”:
Day 1: Healthy Eating Staples
Day 2: Water Check
Day 3: Weight Loss Gadgets
Day 4: At Home Workouts
Day 5: Meal Prep
Do you sometimes feel like you need to disconnect from the social/digital world? Have you taken a social media class? What types of projects if any did you have to execute?
