My product review for today is Baked Lays potato crips, specifically the BBQ flavor. I really enjoyed eating it as part of my lunch today. In addition to having a nice flavor, the nutritional facts are pretty good as well:
1 serving which is 1 bag contains:
- Calories: 110
- Total Fat: 2.5g
- Dietary Fiber: 2g
- Cholesterol: 0mg
- Sodium: 190mg
You can find it at any grocery or drug store.
Today I had a healthy lunch (see updated menu below), I was happy and proud. However, my lunch didn’t taste really good. For what ever reason, my salad was ice cold and i didn’t like my salad dressing. I went to a salad bar where you pick your veggies, but I think they over did it a bit on the refrigeration of the veggies. While eating with my friend, I was telling her that I really didn’t like my salad and she responded that “Losing Weight Doesn’t Taste Good”….WHAT… I totally disagree.. If it doesn’t taste good, how likely are you to eat it again? She believes that you have to sacrifice taste and everything else for the cause..the weight loss cause that is..
I need some flavor and I need for my salad to not be so cold and for my dressing to taste decent. Right? Is that to much to ask.. I am committed to finding healthy and tasty recipes while on my weight loss journey..
